Nottingham Forest to Appoint Viktor Pereira as New Manager

Nottingham Forest is reportedly preparing to announce Viktor Pereira as its fourth manager of the season after the recent sacking of Sean Dyche. Dyche, aged 57, was dismissed following a disappointing goalless draw against Wolverhampton on February 11, 2025, which left the club only three points above the relegation zone with 12 games remaining.

Dyche's tenure was marked by a disastrous spell, losing his last six Premier League matches, which strained his relationship with the squad and drew fan displeasure. Pereira, who previously managed Wolverhampton and was sacked in November 2025, emerged as a strong candidate for the role.

He is expected to take over from Dyche, who had a brief and troubled stint at Nottingham Forest, following the tenures of Nuno Espírito Santo and Ang Postecoglou. The club is acting quickly to secure Pereira as they aim to stabilize their performance in the league.
