Kano Pillars Receive N1.3m Cash Reward for Beating Remo Stars in NPFL Match

Kano Pillars, a Nigerian football club, secured a N1.3 million cash reward for their victory over Remo Stars in a Nigeria Professional Football League match. The match took place at the Sani Abacha Stadium, where Lui Dadong scored the winning goal.

The chairman of the Kano State House Committee on Sports, Kabiru Dahiru Sule, presented the cash prize to the team. Kano Pillars expressed their desire to return to their former glory and rebuild the club to a higher level.

The team is set to face Kwara United in their next game in Ilorin over the weekend. Currently, Kano Pillars occupy the 17th position in the league table with 28 points, while Kwara United is in the 18th position with 27 points.
