NREIT Q2 2026 Distribution: ₦1.72 Per Unit Payment Date

Chapel Hill Denham Management, acting on behalf of the Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (NREIT), filed a corporate action notice on 4 September 2026 announcing the fund's second quarter 2026 distribution.

The declared distribution stands at ₦1.72 per unit, covering the period ended 30 June 2026. Eligibility is restricted to unitholders whose names appeared on the Register of Unitholders as at the close of business on 29 July 2026, with the register subsequently closed on 30 July 2026. The distribution is subject to the deduction of applicable withholding tax and will be paid in the currency in which income was earned.

Payment is scheduled electronically for 8 September 2026, directed to unitholders who have completed the E-Mandate Form authorising the Registrar, Coronation Registrars Limited, to credit distributions directly into their bank accounts. Unitholders yet to complete the E-Mandate process are directed to download the activation form from the Coronation Registrars website at coronationregistrars.com/e-mandate. No bonus units were declared alongside this distribution.
