NREIT Series 6 Offer: ₦30.4bn Units Now Open on NGX
Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (NREIT) has filed a corporate action announcing the opening of its Series 6 Offer on July 9, 2026, under its ₦400 billion Issuance Programme. The filing discloses the offer of up to 289,630,000 units at ₦105 per unit, targeting proceeds of up to ₦30.4 billion.
NREIT, managed by Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited, has announced that its Series 6 Offer opened on July 9, 2026. The offer covers up to 289,630,000 units priced at ₦105 per unit, with a total offer size of up to ₦30.4 billion. The raise forms part of NREIT's broader ₦400 billion Issuance Programme.
According to the filing, NREIT currently holds a capitalisation of over ₦180 billion. Upon completion of the Series 6 Offer, the Fund's total capitalisation is expected to exceed ₦210 billion. The Fund disclosed that proceeds from this offer will be directed toward acquiring target assets in its existing pipeline.
The Series 6 Offer is the sixth capital raise for NREIT since its inception in 2020, and the second since its listing on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). NREIT is described in the filing as a SEC-authorised, Shariah-compliant REIT focused on A-grade, income-producing commercial real estate across office, industrial, corporate residential, and specialty asset sub-sectors. The Fund offers quarterly cash distributions to unitholders.
