The trust's portfolio comprises nine properties — seven in Lagos and two in Abuja — all classified as residential assets, including blocks of flats, semi-detached houses, and terraces.

Occupancy rates across the portfolio vary. Four properties — Macdonald Court (Ikoyi), Olive Apartment (Jabi), Continental Apartment (Victoria Island), and Charter Court (Ikoyi) — recorded 100% occupancy. Victoria Crest, Ajah also achieved full occupancy. Savannah Court (Victoria Island) stood at 93%, while Amina Court (Apo) and Locke Apartment (Lekki) both recorded 80% occupancy. Contemporary Apartment in Parkview-Ikoyi reported the lowest occupancy at 50%.

Property yields ranged from 2% at Continental Apartment to 6.52% at Victoria Crest, the trust's newest property at three years old. All other properties range between 11 and 16 years in age. The trust reported a delinquency rate on rents of 0.60%. Tenancy across the portfolio is structured on annual terms.
