NSE and FIDIC Africa Launch Training for Mega Projects

The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and FIDIC Africa have announced a joint training initiative focused on the delivery of mega infrastructure projects. The aim is to equip engineers with the necessary expertise required for the successful execution of large-scale contracts.

This collaboration was discussed during an interactive session held at the National Engineering Centre in Abuja, where NSE President Ali Rabiu received FIDIC Africa President Georg Okoroma. The training will expose participants to international standards in project delivery and contract administration, ensuring that engineers possess the technical competencies needed to competently execute large contracts upon award.

This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to promote collaboration in infrastructure development and to uphold professional standards and best practices within the engineering sector across Africa.
