NTA Partners with Natives Filmworks to Remake "Cock Crow At Dawn" TV Series

NTA, in collaboration with Natives Filmworks and Innovative Television Kontent, has announced a partnership to remake the iconic Nigerian TV series "Cock Crow At Dawn." The deal, signed on October 6, 2025, will see the production of 104 new episodes scheduled to air on national networks in 2026. This initiative is part of NTA's efforts to expand local content and engage audiences.

The project, led by NTA Director General Salihu Abdulhamid Dembo and Executive Director of Programmes Tari Taylaur, aims to refresh NTA's classic titles for modern viewers. The remake will be filmed in Plateau State, with experienced professionals like Steve Gukas and Dimbo Atiya leading the production.

The series is expected to return to Nigerian screens as a weekly show on NTA network services.
