APC's NWC Reaffirmation to Strengthen 2027 Election Bid

Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar, the former governor of Bauchi State, expressed confidence that the recent reaffirmation of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will significantly contribute to the party's success in the 2027 general elections. Speaking in Abuja at the conclusion of the APC national convention, Abubakar highlighted that the outcomes of the convention demonstrate the maturity of the party's leadership and the growing confidence among stakeholders in the APC's capacity to remain a formidable political platform in Nigeria.

He emphasized the importance of unity and coordination at all levels of the party structure to mobilize support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Abubakar noted that the APC controls 30 states, positioning it strongly for a successful mandate in 2027.

He urged party members to intensify grassroots mobilization and engage voters effectively, ensuring that the APC emerges even stronger in the upcoming electoral cycle.
