Southeast Youths Warn Sowore, Caution Against Insecurity in Igbo Land Ahead of Protest

Southeast youths, represented by Southeast Youth Advocacy for Peace and Integration Tinubu (SEPYIFT), have issued a warning against potential insecurity in Igbo land related to the upcoming October 20 nationwide protest called by human rights activist Omoyele Sowore. The group, led by Pastor Damian Onu, expressed concerns about the impact of the protest on the region's security and economic activities.

They emphasized the need for a more strategic approach, including the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Political leaders like David Nwaezuamhi and Governor Hope Uzodinma have also been involved in discussions regarding the situation.
