NDC Zones 2027 Presidential Ticket to Southern Region

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially announced that it will zone its 2027 presidential ticket to the Southern region of Nigeria. Buba Galadima, a political strategist, disclosed this during an appearance on a television channel.

He confirmed that the party will not adopt a consensus arrangement but will instead conduct open primaries to determine its presidential candidate. The NDC plans to submit its membership register to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on May 5-6 as part of ongoing preparations to consolidate its national structure.
