Biafran War Veteran Nathan Ofoma Passes Away at 80 in Anambra State

High Chief Nathan Ofoma, a prominent Biafran war veteran known for his role as a foot soldier under the command of Biafran warlord Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, has died at the age of 80 in Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State. Ofoma, who was a major liquor distributor for Nigerian Breweries Plc, was hailed for his gallantry during the Nigerian Civil War.

His eldest son, Sir Chinedu Ofoma, confirmed his father's passing. Ofoma's burial arrangements are yet to be announced.

He was a respected figure in his community and within the Nigerian brewing industry.
