K1 De Ultimate Responds to Allegations of Abandonment

Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, responded to allegations from his former lover Ogechi during a live performance over the weekend. Ogechi claimed that after a seven-year relationship, K1 abandoned her following her pregnancy with their daughter, Azizat Tiwalade Ayinde Marshall.

She alleged that K1 insisted she terminate the pregnancy but did not provide financial support for the abortion. After she refused to terminate, Ogechi claimed he blocked all communication, leaving her to care for their child alone.

In response to the allegations, K1 made a controversial remark, stating that any unplanned pregnancy from his relationships should be viewed as a “promo.” This comment, intended to be humorous, drew laughter from the audience but later faced backlash on social media, with many criticizing it as insensitive.
