Ogun APC Suspends Ex-Gov Daniel, Kunle Folarin Over Alleged Anti-party Activities

The Ogun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has suspended former governor Otunba Gbenga Daniel and Kunle Folarin over alleged anti-party activities. The suspension was anchored by the Spokesman of the APC in Ogun State, Nuberu Olufemi, who stated that the decision was made by the state working committee of the party.

The suspended members have been indefinitely suspended pending the outcome of an investigation into their alleged misconduct. The State Chairman of the APC, Yemi Sanusi, confirmed the suspension, stating that the decision was made following reports from Disciplinary Committees investigating the allegations.

The suspension was ratified at a meeting held on August 19, where it was emphasized that the party is committed to maintaining discipline and upholding its constitution.
