Gbenga Daniel Yet To Receive Suspension Notice – Aide

Gbenga Daniel, a lawmaker from Ogun East, has not yet received a suspension notice, according to his aide Oliyide in an interview with Channels Television. The clarification comes after reports of his alleged involvement in activities that led to his suspension from the Ogun APC.

The State Publicity Secretary of the party, Nuberu Olufemi, revealed that the suspension was meant to allow for a thorough investigation into the allegations against Daniel and another member, Kunle Folarin. The State Chairman, Yemi Sanusi, stated that disciplinary committees were set up in Ward 4 and Ward 6 of Sagamu Local Government to look into the misconduct allegations.

Despite invitations to defend themselves, both Daniel and Folarin reportedly failed to respond, leading to their suspension for allegedly intimidating party members.
