Ogun Group Endorses Akinlade for 2027 Governorship

The Beneficiari Forum has officially endorsed Abiodun Isiaq Akinlade, the current member of the House of Representatives for Yewa South and Ipokia, for the governorship of Ogun State in the forthcoming 2027 elections. The forum described Akinlade as a lawmaker dedicated to promoting good governance and youth empowerment within Ogun State.

In a statement released to journalists on Thursday, signed by the forum's public secretary Naheemat Adesola and chairman Omotosho Kazeem, they highlighted Akinlade's leadership style, which prioritizes youth welfare and professional institutional growth, earning him widespread respect among the youth in the state. The group expressed confidence in Akinlade's ability to deliver a people-oriented government and emphasized his track record in public service as indicative of the qualities required to lead the state effectively.
