Godwin Okoko Wins Pro Title at Ebaretonbofa @50 Golf Tourney

Godwin Okoko, a 21-year-old golfer, emerged as the champion in the professional category at the Ebaretonbofa @50 Pro/Am golf tournament, which took place at the Benin Golf Club in Edo State. The tournament, held to celebrate Stephen Ebaretonbofa's 50th birthday, concluded with results released on Sunday night.

Okoko secured victory with a post-gross score of 141, finishing ahead of Franci Ep, who placed second with a score of 144. Collin Odil shared third place with a score of 149.

In the senior tour category, Donatu Isuku claimed the top honor with a gross score of 158, followed by Victor Enaigb with 163. Dr.

Emmanuel Ighodaro won the men's handicap 0-12 category with a net score of 70. The tournament attracted 250 golfers, both professional and amateur, and included various skill demonstrations and a gala dinner honoring Ebaretonbofa.

Kingslei Okunbor, the chairman of the organizing committee, expressed satisfaction with the tournament's success.
