Edo APC Unity Reaffirmed as Defectors Return at Rally

During a mega rally held in Auchi, Edo State, Governor Mondai Okpebholo reaffirmed the unity of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as he welcomed defectors back to the party. The event, attended by key political figures, including APC Chairman Jarrett Teneb and former Edo State House of Assembly member Sylvest Eruaga, highlighted the party's commitment to sustaining development and improving the living standards of the people in the state.

Okpebholo noted the visible progress made despite limited resources and assured new members of equal opportunities within the party. He emphasized that the APC remains a united family focused on transforming Edo State.

The governor also endorsed Adam Oshiomhole as the sole candidate for the Edo North senatorial district ahead of the party's upcoming primary elections. Former Etsako East Local Government Chairman Benedicta Attoh described her return to the APC as a homecoming, likening it to the biblical prodigal son realizing there is no better place than home.
