Olayinka Wins Goal of the Month; Ndidi Disappointed

Nigerian forward Peter Olayinka has been awarded the Goal of the Month by APOEL FC following his impressive performance in the Cypriot Cup clash against Apollon Limassol. Olayinka, who joined APOEL on a free transfer earlier this year, scored twice in ten league appearances, contributing significantly to the team's efforts.

He acknowledged the recognition on Facebook, expressing his enjoyment of the month. In a separate development, Wilfred Ndidi lamented the 3-3 draw experienced by Beşiktaş against Fatih Karagümrük, where despite dominating large portions of the game, they were unable to convert their chances due to the visitors' stubborn defensive display.

Ndidi did not hide his disappointment when speaking to NTV Spor. Beşiktaş currently sits fourth in the league table with 56 points and will face Gaziantep in their next league outing on Friday.
