Olumide Akinsola appointed Country Director of DigiTax to spearhead e-invoicing services

Olumide Akinsola has been appointed as the Country Director of DigiTax, a platform that offers e-invoicing services for tax compliance. The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has officially accredited Namiri Technology Limited, the company behind DigiTax, as a leading tax compliance service provider in Nigeria.

Akinsola, with nearly two decades of experience in the African tech ecosystem, will lead the Nigerian operations of DigiTax. The platform aims to ensure smooth adoption of FIRS's Merchant Buyer Solution (MBS) platform by providing invoice validation services that meet regulatory standards.

DigiTax also offers a free Testing Sandbox environment for businesses to test integrations before going live. With a focus on data protection and security, DigiTax aims to be a trusted compliance partner for Nigerian enterprises as they navigate the digital transition.
