Oluremi Tinubu Honored as 'Sarauniyar Yaki' in Gombe State Ceremony

Oluremi Tinubu, Nigeria's First Lady, was honored with the traditional title of 'Sarauniyar Yaki' (Queen Warrior) by the Akko Emirate in Gombe State. The title recognizes her passion for defending the interests of the weak nationwide.

The ceremony was presided over by Lamido Akko Alhaji Umar Muhammad Atiku during the First Lady's working visit to the state. Tinubu pledged to continue her interventions for the girl child and support traditional rulers in advocating for causes like menstrual health.

The event was attended by Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya and other dignitaries, highlighting the importance of recognizing individuals dedicated to social causes.
