Nigerian Celebrities Drive Gender-Equitable Storytelling Movement

Nigerian figures like Omoni Oboli, Biodun Stephen, and Uche Pedro are spearheading gender-equitable storytelling efforts in Nigeria. They are championing projects like the entertainment media hub by CcHUB and CEPIA to empower creators and catalyze a cultural shift in the entertainment industry.

The initiative aims to provide equal opportunities for men and women in storytelling, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity. Twelve accomplished creators will participate in programs, including workshops and industry engagements, to amplify gender equity in storytelling and inspire societal change.
