Ondo Police Investigate Businessman's Suspected Suicide

The Ondo State Police Command has initiated an investigation into the suspected suicide of Akinbolusere Kayode, a 46-year-old businessman known as Tolufe. He was discovered dead in his office located beside BOVAS Petrol Station in Igba town, Ondo State, on Thursday at approximately 3pm.
This incident followed the release of an emotional video by Kayode, where he discussed his business difficulties, marital issues, and plans for property distribution. Police Public Relations Officer DSP Abayomi Jimoh confirmed the details to journalists on Friday.
The death was reported by members of the public, prompting a visit from operatives of the Bolorunduro Division. At the scene, two empty bottles believed to have contained Sniper insecticide were found in a nearby bush, and no visible signs of violence were noted on Kayode's body.
His remains were taken to the State Hospital Morgue for preservation and further examination.
