Adeleke Forms 52-Member Campaign Council for 2026

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has established a 52-member campaign council to support his re-election campaign. The council is chaired by Wale Oladipo, with Senator Lere Oyewumi serving as the Director General.

Kolapo Alimi has been appointed as the Deputy Director General, and Pelumi Olajengbesi will act as the spokesperson. The campaign structure includes various sub-committees, with Bamidel Salam heading the Media and Publicity Committee and Moshood Adeoti overseeing the Inter-Party Relations Committee.

The campaign council will operate across nine federal constituencies and 30 local government areas, focusing on grassroots mobilization. The council is tasked with planning, executing, and evaluating campaign programs, ensuring coordination across different levels, including ward and diaspora networks.

The statement emphasizes the importance of discipline and cohesion within the campaign structure to maintain a unified approach ahead of the elections.
