Adeleke's Campaign Predicts Strong Victory in Osun 2026

The campaign organization for Governor Ademola Adeleke has declared that the political map of Osun State is firmly in his favor ahead of the August 2026 elections. They refuted claims made by Hon.

Wole Ok, who stated that Adeleke won by only 28,000 votes in 2022, asserting that the governor will win by a margin of 200,000 votes. The campaign group emphasized a significant shift in voter allegiance across nine federal constituencies, predicting a strong performance for Adeleke, particularly in areas traditionally held by the APC.

They criticized the APC's failure to present a viable manifesto for the upcoming elections and highlighted Adeleke's five-point agenda and public achievements since 2022. The organization also noted that approximately 90% of local groups are endorsing Adeleke for a second term, reinforcing the sentiment that Osun State voters are determined to prevent a return to previous governance.

The campaign concluded by commending President Bola Tinubu for supporting free and fair elections in the state.
