SWAGA Campaigns for Bola Oyebamiji in Osun State Election

The South West Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA) launched its campaign in Osogbo, Osun State, to support Bola Oyebamiji, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the upcoming election on August 15, 2026. Senator Dayo Adeyeye, the national chairman of SWAGA, emphasized that President Bola Tinubu has no agreements with any other candidates in Osun, asserting that Oyebamiji is Tinubu's sole candidate.

Adeyeye encouraged voters to support Oyebamiji, stating that Tinubu aims to expand APC's influence in Osun. He expressed confidence in Tinubu's governance, citing improvements in state finances and infrastructure.

Hon. Hulayat Omidiran, Executive Chairman of the Federal Character Commission, urged eligible voters to support Oyebamiji, highlighting his leadership qualities. She called for unity among voters and emphasized the importance of their votes in shaping the future.

Hon. Lekan Olatunji, representing Oyebamiji, reiterated the candidate's commitment to effective governance focused on practical development.
