Osun ADC Candidate Najeem Salaam Promises 24-Hour Power

Mr. Najeem Salaam, the governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Osun State, promised to deliver 24-hour electricity supply to enhance industrial development and attract investment.

This commitment was made during the unveiling of his manifesto on August 15 in Osogbo. Salaam, a former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, emphasized the state's rich agricultural potential, cultural heritage, and economic opportunities.

He outlined a strategic plan involving public-private partnerships to ensure reliable power infrastructure, which he believes will create thousands of jobs and foster community prosperity. Additionally, Salaam's agenda includes improving worker welfare, transforming agriculture, enhancing healthcare access, and establishing farm estates across the three senatorial districts.

He also pledged to ensure prompt payment of salaries and pensions, review low-cost housing schemes, and enhance security in the region. His manifesto reflects a strong commitment to the welfare of the people of Osun State.
