Shehu Sani Critiques Davido's Trump Appeal for Osun Election

Former Kaduna Central senator, Shehu Sani, responded critically to singer Davido's call for United States President Donald Trump to intervene in the upcoming Osun State governorship election. Sani expressed his views in a post on his X handle, stating that efforts to involve Trump in Nigeria's electoral process were futile.

He emphasized that Trump does not share the same interest in the credibility of African elections as previous U.S. presidents like Obama or Biden.
