Osun PCC Resolves 446 Complaints, Recovers N4.2m in 9 Months

The Public Complaint Commission in Osun State disclosed that they received 768 complaints between January and September, successfully resolving 446 of them. The Director of Investigations, Mewas Ayodel, stated that N4.2 million was recovered from various complaints at no cost to the complainants.

The complaints ranged from administrative injustices to delays in payments and land compensations. The PCC serves as a platform for the public to address maladministration and social injustices.

Established in 1975, the PCC acts as Nigeria's ombudsman institution.
