Public Complaints Commission in Jigawa State Resolves Over 11,000 Cases in 32 Years

The Public Complaints Commission in Jigawa State, led by Usman Shehu, disclosed that it has resolved 9,517 complaints out of 11,244 cases received since its establishment 32 years ago. The Commission has been instrumental in resolving disputes, conducting investigations, and promoting citizen rights.

Despite resource constraints, the PCC has strengthened public trust and facilitated access to justice outside the courtroom. It has expanded its reach to five zonal offices in different towns, providing dispute resolution services free of charge.
