Osun Governor Adeleke to Boost Youth Entrepreneurship

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke stated that his administration will intensify efforts to empower youth entrepreneurs and strengthen business activities across the state. He noted that Osogbo and surrounding communities are increasingly experiencing expanded commercial operations, which contribute to a significant boost in economic activity.

Adeleke emphasized the importance of creating an environment that supports private sector investment. During a speech at the commissioning of a new restaurant and lounge in Osogbo, he highlighted the success of his administration in revitalizing the civil service and attracting foreign investors.

The governor assured young people of support for investments in key sectors, particularly hospitality and sports, as part of efforts to create jobs and stimulate economic growth. He mentioned the allocation of land for 12 new industries within a free trade zone, which is expected to generate 10,000 direct jobs and further stimulate economic activity in the state.
