Otti Reaffirms Commitment to Inclusive Governance in Abia

On Thursday, Governor Alex Otti of Abia State reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive governance during a community engagement program held at the Ugwunagbo Local Government Headquarters. Otti, represented by his Chief of Staff Caleb Ajagba, emphasized the importance of grassroots-driven development and the need for transparency and accountability in governance.

He noted that each community has unique challenges and that his administration is focused on addressing the actual needs of citizens. Otti encouraged residents to actively participate in the democratic process, including voter registration for the 2027 general elections.

Chijiok Uruakpa, a member of the Abia State House of Assembly, commended Otti for his achievements in less than three years in office and urged residents to support his re-election bid. Mayor Chiemeala Iheanacho and HRM Ez Linu Nto Mbah, chairman of the Abia State Traditional Ruler Council, also highlighted the governor's transformative efforts across the state, urging continued support for ongoing development projects initiated since Otti assumed office in May 2023.
