Ourano Technologies Appoints New Board Leaders

Ourano Technologies Limited has announced significant appointments to strengthen its board. Mr.

Tajudeen Ahm has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. He brings 25 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including consulting, banking, manufacturing, and capital markets, and is currently serving as Associate Director at Deal Origin Lead Capital PLC.

Alongside him, Mr. Mfon Okon confirmed the appointments of Mr.

Omokunbi Adeoti and Mr. Olalekan Olabod as non-executive directors.

Mr. Adeoti has 24 years of leadership experience in human capital strategy and organizational transformation across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Mr. Olabod has 18 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning within capital-intensive industries.

These appointments are aimed at enhancing the company's strategic oversight and supporting its regional expansion in technology leadership.
