Benue Deputy Speaker's Free Medical Outreach Benefits Over 2,200 Residents

Over 2,200 residents in Benue State have benefited from a free medical outreach organized by the Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Lami.

The outreach included 35 surgical operations aimed at improving the quality of life for residents. The medical team, comprising skilled surgeons and healthcare professionals, provided free healthcare services, including surgeries for hernias, hydroceles, and appendectomies.

Additionally, medical consultations, treatments for common ailments, health screenings, and medications were offered to residents, addressing issues like malaria, typhoid, and hypertension. This initiative forms part of the Deputy Speaker's constituency project to enhance healthcare access in the community.
