Oyebanji Wins Ekiti Southwest Governorship Election

Biodun Oyebanji, representing the Progressive Congress, emerged victorious in the Ekiti Southwest governorship election, held on Saturday. He received a total of 14,705 votes, significantly outpacing his nearest competitor, Dr.

Wole Oluyed of the People's Democratic Party, who secured 1,800 votes. Ambassador Dare Bejid, running for the African Democratic Congress, finished with 1,076 votes.
