Adekanmbi's 'Thank You Tour' Engages Oyo State Residents

Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, the governorship candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM), is currently on a statewide "Thank You Tour" across Oyo State, accompanied by his running mate, Engr.

Muftau Open-Salawu. This tour, initially intended to appreciate party members for their support during the governorship primary, has evolved into a significant political mobilization effort ahead of the February 2027 governorship election.

Adekanmbi has been visiting various communities, including Ibarapa, Ido, Oluyole, Akinyele, Ogbomoso, Surulere, Ogo-Oluwa, Oyo Federal Constituency, and the Oke-Ogun axis, engaging with party leaders, elders, women, youths, and traditional stakeholders. The tour has attracted large crowds and facilitated direct interactions resembling town hall meetings, where residents presented local challenges and listened to Adekanmbi's governance plans.

He emphasizes unity and collective effort among party members, stating, “The task before us is bigger than any individual.”.
