Oyo State Boosts Primary Healthcare Connectivity with New Tools

Oyo State government, in partnership with First Health Dynamic Synergy International Limited, has introduced new mobile phone directories in 66 primary healthcare centers (PHCs) to enhance service delivery and disease surveillance. The initiative aims to strengthen healthcare services and improve communication efficiency at the PHC level, especially during disease outbreaks like Lassa fever.

The selected PHCs underwent upgrades to address operational challenges, including providing uninterrupted power supply and digital record-keeping support. This innovation aligns with the state government's commitment to improving primary healthcare services across Oyo State.
