Oyo Police Initiate Forensic Analysis of School Attack Video

The Oyo State Police Command confirmed that they have received a viral video circulating across various media platforms concerning an abduction incident that occurred on Friday at approximately 9:30 AM in Oriire Local Government Area. The incident involved an attack on Baptist Nursery Primary School and Yawota Community Grammar School.

Olayinka Ayanladi, the Public Relations Officer of the state police, stated that the footage will undergo comprehensive forensic examination to determine its authenticity and assist in ongoing investigations aimed at rescuing the victims and identifying the perpetrators. The command reassured residents of its unwavering commitment to ensuring the safe return and reunification of the abducted individuals with their families.
