Kano APC Campaign Council Features Key Leaders and Scholars

The Kano State APC has released its campaign council list, featuring prominent Islamic scholars, political leaders, and public officials. The list was announced by the Kano State APC chairman, Hon. Umar Haruna Doguwa, according to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf will serve as the council chair, with his deputy, Murtala Sule Garo, as vice chairman. Key figures on the list include Sheikh Abdullahi Saleh Pakistan, the immediate past chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), and Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa, the Commandant-General of the Kano State Hisbah Board.

Other notable members include Sheikh Ali Dan Abba, a permanent commissioner at the Kano State Shariah Commission, and Sheikh Nazifi Bichi, a prominent Islamic scholar. The political representation includes former governors Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, as well as Deputy Senate President Barau I Jibrin and several senators.
