Tragic Niger State Road Accident Claims 7 Lives, 5 Injured (PHOTOS)

A tragic road accident in Niger State resulted in at least seven people being burnt alive and five others injured. The incident, involving a truck and multiple vehicles, occurred at the Madalla junction in Suleja.

Eyewitnesses reported that a truck from Zuba area in Abuja collided with four vehicles at the junction, leading to a chain reaction. The collision caused a bus and a golf car to catch fire, resulting in the death of four passengers who were burnt beyond recognition.

Seven survivors, including the trailer driver, were rushed to Lukas Hospital in Madalla. Three of the injured have sadly passed away, with one still in critical condition.

The trailer driver, identified as Sulaiman Rabiu, has been taken into custody by the Madalla Police Division.
