PDP begins mobilisation for PVC registration in Oyo

The People Democratic Party (PDP) in Oluyole Local Government, Oyo State, has begun mobilizing residents to participate in the ongoing Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Permanent Voter Card (PVC) registration exercise. At a stakeholder meeting, the Executive Chairman of Oluyole LG, Hon Akeem Olatunji, urged party leaders and members to prioritize unity and work towards strengthening the PDP for upcoming national congresses and elections.

Olatunji emphasized the importance of voter registration and obtaining PVCs, stating that without this effort, the party's success would be compromised. He cautioned against personal ambitions and factional interests that could weaken the party, calling for collective strength and unity.

Stakeholders present at the meeting pledged support for Governor Seyi Makinde's vision and vowed to intensify mobilization efforts across the local government.
