PDP BoT Assures Supporters of Stronger Future After Court Ruling

On Tuesday, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), assured party supporters that the PDP is in a rebuilding phase and will emerge stronger following a period of uncertainty and ongoing litigation. He acknowledged the recent judgment from the Federal High Court, which he stated the party fully respects and will continue to uphold the rule of law.

Ohuabunwa urged party leaders to embrace reconciliation and collective responsibility, stressing the importance of focusing on strengthening the internal structure of the PDP. He emphasized that necessary steps are being taken to ensure the party's unity and stability in preparation for the upcoming elections, asserting that the PDP will be victorious in the general elections.
