PDP to Present Certificate of Return to Ekiti Guber Candidate Oluyede

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) is set to present the Certificate of Return to Dr. Oluwol Oluyede, the winner of the Ekiti State governorship primaries.

The ceremony will take place at the Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre in Abuja on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Oluyede, a medical practitioner, emerged as the PDP flagbearer after securing 279 votes in a tightly contested primary election held on November 8.

The event is seen as a strategic move by the PDP to rally its structures and stakeholders ahead of the 2026 governorship election in Ekiti State.
