PEBEC DG Declares Tinubu Nigeria's Greatest Leader

Princess Zahrah Mustapha Audu, the Director-General of the Presidential Enabling Environment Council (PEBEC) and National Publicity Secretary of the City Boy Movement, publicly named President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Nigeria's greatest leader on Saturday, September 12. Audu argued that true leadership is often recognized only in retrospect, highlighting Tinubu's significant contributions over three decades, including his tenure as a senator during the Third Republic, his involvement in the pro-democracy movement, and his two terms as Governor starting in 1999.

She noted that Tinubu played a crucial role in forming the All Progressives Congress, which led to Nigeria's first democratic transfer of power in 2015. While acknowledging the hardships caused by the removal of the petrol subsidy, Audu stated that previous administrations lacked the political will to implement necessary reforms.

She emphasized that the assessment of Tinubu's leadership should not be postponed until after his tenure, as his influence on Nigerian politics is already significant.
