APC Rep. Jimbo Claims Peter Obi Cannot Win Elections

Clement Jimbo, a representative from the All Progressives Congress (APC), has publicly stated that Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), is "moving against the direction of winning election" in Nigeria. In an interview, Jimbo expressed skepticism about Obi's potential for electoral success, citing serious defects in his political strategy.

He emphasized that Obi's support appears to be predominantly online and does not translate into tangible backing at polling units. Jimbo's remarks suggest that he believes Obi's coalition with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and other parties is insufficient to build a solid political base.

He reiterated that Obi's campaign lacks the necessary consolidation to be competitive in the electoral landscape of Nigeria.
