Phyna Sues Carter Efe for N500 Million Over Claims

Phyna, the former winner of Big Brother Naija, has initiated a legal action against Carter Efe for N500 million following his claim that he had sexual relations with her. The conflict began when Davido's personal streamer, Davrel, alleged that Carter Efe stated Phyna was "of no benefit." In response, Phyna confronted Davrel over an unpaid debt, which led to further accusations from Davrel about Phyna making sexual advances towards him.

During a social media confrontation, Carter Efe admitted to having sex with Phyna, prompting her to threaten legal action. Phyna stated, “Thank you very much.

You and Davrel will hear from my lawyer.” In an Instagram Live video, she apologized to her fans and confirmed that both Carter Efe and Davrel had been served legal notices. Carter Efe later confirmed he had been sued for N500 million.
