PIND and Ford Foundation Conclude Niger Delta Community Development Project

PIND and Ford Foundation have completed a four-year project in the Niger Delta aimed at strengthening trust and implementing community development in the petroleum industry. The project involved high-level stakeholder dialogues focusing on lessons learned and future pathways for community development trust.

Key officials, including Sam Ogbemi Daibo and Omolad Awah, emphasized the importance of collaboration for sustainable development outcomes. The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission commended the project for promoting evidence-based engagement and tangible benefits in the region.
