Tallen Reconciles with Jang at 80th Birthday Celebration

Joyce Tallen, who served as the deputy governor of Plateau State under Jonah Jang from 2007 to 2011, reconciled with Jang after years of political rift. Their disagreement began before the 2011 election, leading to Tallen's removal as deputy.

At Jang's 80th birthday celebration in Jos, Tallen publicly forgave her former boss, stating that their past political disagreements are now history. She acknowledged the respect they have for each other and highlighted their long journey together, noting that Jang encouraged her even when they belonged to different political parties.

Tallen described Jang as “a man of destiny” and congratulated him on his birthday, praying for his continued health and strength. Additionally, Prof.
