Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Pascal Odinaka, is currently facing sexual assault allegations in the United Kingdom. His management and legal team issued a statement on August 25, 2023, acknowledging the ongoing public discourse surrounding the allegations and urging restraint as the matter proceeds through UK courts.

They specifically refuted claims of "drink spiking," stating that such details are not part of the allegations or charges. Reports of his arrest surfaced on August 19, 2023, but no official confirmation from UK police or courts has been made regarding the arrest.

Additionally, Ms Jorji, a Texas-based Nigerian rapper, alleged in online videos that Poco Lee attempted to sexually assault her and her girlfriend two years prior during a visit to his home in Dallas. Her claims have not been independently verified, and no connection has been established between her allegations and the UK case.

Tunde Perry, an associate of Poco Lee, defended him publicly, asserting that the allegations do not reflect his character.
