Polaris Bank and Evolve Charity Empower 1,000 Students in Nigeria

Polaris Bank, in partnership with Evolve Charity, successfully concluded the distribution of school essentials to 1,000 students across ten public secondary schools in five states, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This initiative is part of the bank's sustained corporate social responsibility efforts to keep children, especially girls, in school.

The program has supported 24,000 students in public schools across 49 locations in 2021. By sourcing uniforms from local tailors, procuring books from bookshops, and purchasing sandals and bags from community traders, the initiative also aims to stimulate local economies.

The beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the support, noting the positive impact on academic performance and the restoration of pride among students and their families.
