Polaris Bank Funds Renovation of UI Faculty Building

Polaris Bank has announced a significant funding initiative aimed at the full renovation of the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences building at the University of Ibadan, a prestigious institution in Nigeria. This building, a historic structure originally gifted to the university in 1985 by the now-defunct International Bank for West Africa (IBWA), has served as a beacon of academic excellence for over four decades.

It was previously home to highly regarded MBA and MSc programs in banking and finance until 2016. The renovation is part of Polaris Bank's commitment to advancing human capital development in Nigeria and reinforcing its legacy of excellence in education.

This intervention aims to revive the structure and enhance its functionality for future generations of students.
